The unit is large but fits into most available spaces in the bathroom. The installation by Bajaj was done in less than 20 minutes but one does need to clean the area after they leave as due to hopes being drilled and plastics being shredded, they leave the place in a mess. Anyhows, the product is great as it heats up fast and holds the heat for almost half a day. Our usage involves one person switching it on and off after his shower and the other two of us using the residual hot water for hours without needing to switch it on again. Product Description

Not recommended to others due to below reasons:
--> It is actually round shape whereas the picture shows a little different one
--> It takes more than 40 minutes to get the water heated for 2 persons. I have another 25 litres Racold geyser in another bathroom which takes max. 20 minutes. So, operating cost is very high with Bajaj water heaters
--> Even though installation is free, as mentioned, the Bajaj installation team charged Rs. 1600/- for providing power socket, in-let and outlet pipes which are local quality (not the branded one). So, looks like it is big cheating on customers
--> Surprisingly, Bajaj is not providing even 3 PIN plugs along with the geyser. Installation person using some local made one which got burnt within 10 days of installation. I am forced to change the plug with the local electrician help.

PROS:

1) Installation- after buying the I immediately called to customer care number and they promptly received my call and told me that the installation procedure will be done within the next 48 hours..and exactly that happened on 15th Nov.. very quick and responsive they are..for this task they only charged 60 rupees which is for fitting 2 caps (which is necessary)..inlet, outlet pipes are free as it is mentioned on product details..so total installation cost is only 60 rupees..(remember, you have to buy/arrange 3 pin plug)..
2) Customer care service- As I mentioned early the customer care service is really fast and responsive.. every time I called them they attended to my phone.
3) Product quality- The product is really nice.it takes only 12-15 minutes to get fully hot water (mine is a 15-litre geyser).
4) You can fix the temperature level manually which is effective.

CONS:

1) Energy efficiency could have been better.. 5-star level is needed.
2) If you take bath using the shower (not too hot water) then 2 people can use it..but if you bathe using a bucket with mixing hot and cold water then 3 people can use it at a time.
